Especially worth telling us

• A field explanation that is wrong, out of date, or misleading. This is a document people sign, so an error in the walkthrough is a real problem and we will fix it quickly.
• Something your carrier asks for that the generated sheet does not have room for.
• A printing problem — the sheet coming out cut off, paginated oddly, or scaled wrong on your printer.

What we cannot help with

We are not a carrier, a broker, or a law firm, and we have no visibility into your shipment. We cannot tell you where your freight is, what your PRO number is, what class your commodity should be, or whether a carrier will accept a load — those questions all belong to the company actually moving your goods. We also never see the contents of any bill of lading you generate, so we cannot recover one for you.
